Hi Aaron,
We just want to let you know that we went to your yoga class last Thursday at Anuttara and it was awesome.
We like how you started the class first with the breathing exercises and then go on with the vinyasa flow: that was great.
The best of all is you mixed "chi-cong" into this class, we felt full of energy after the class even til the next morning :-)
Thank you so much for the great class and hope that we will always experience some little mix of "chi-cong" in your yoga class because it is so beneficial to our mind and body.
Though the class will be more complete and fun if we can have some advanced yoga poses like any variation of arm balance or inversion and a different one at every
time so that your class has a new challenge and playful moment each time :-)
