Therapeutic Body Work

I am a master massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular, postural balancing, and Vedic Thai-Yoga Bodywork. I am well studied in Vedic philosophy and practices. I have studied Nuad Borarn (Vedic Thai Yoga-Massage) under Micheal Buck "Mukti", who is founder (and Senior teacher) of The Vedic Conservatory. I was taught Yoga through the lineage of Siddha Yoga by Randy Martin (Randy received initiation by Swami Muktananda). I have been practicing the healing arts for over 13 years. My experience goes beyond this brief summary and yet includes a degree in Health Science, working with over 7500+ clients, doing therapy along side various doctors and healers, teaching at local massage schools, working in world class spas, and teaching various workshops at yoga studios and other healing centers. I am also certified through NSCA as a strength and conditioning coach and I specialize in postural balancing.

I combine technique with intuition. I can read your body like a blind person reads braille. As I feel my way through your body and energy field I make adjustments to your physical and energy body's. I will help soothe, relax, invigorate, release tension, bring back balance around joints and spine, and leave you feeling naturally high. Many of my clients report feeling a spiritual loving energy that comes through my hands allowing them to let go and fully relax. I love what I do and hope to share it with you!

Vedic Thai-Yoga Massage
is a unique style of bodywork that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath work and yoga stretching. Thai-Yoga Massage is performed on a mat allowing for a full range of stretching. In addition; the deep tissue massage dissolves physical tension, while the assisted stretches and breath exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy. The work will help dissolve physical and emotional blocks, eliminate toxins from the body, promote correct posture, improve respiratory patterns and leave the client with a deep sense of well being.

Rooted in the way of Yoga, this unique massage serves as "passive yoga"for those too busy for regular practice; and it will deepen the discipline for more dedicated yoga students.
