Postural Balancing   

 I believe in setting a strong physical foundation. This will keep the body from injury and allow for good range of motion and balance. It is imperative to strengthen physical weaknesses.


Body Sculpting

 Once the foundation is set the body is ready for visual assessment. This is where the client gets to develop a body that appeals to them. For example John wants bigger chest and arms and Shannon would like to tighten her legs and abs.


Strength and Conditioning

 Sport or activity specific training. 

 Example: running, biking, swimming, golf, tennis, surfing, kite surfing, martial arts, lifting children, construction, gardening, etc......

The human body is healthiest with hard work and good nutrition. Muscles like to squeeze and the metabolism likes breaking good clean food down into energy. So play hard and eat good!
