 I am offering a three day Vedic Thai-Yoga Bodywork Workshop at the Modern Health Center in Delray Beach, Florida on the week of June 23, 24, and 25th. This will be an all level's class open to all who would like to learn and experience these healing arts. This workshop is perfect for couples, yogis, massage therapists, martial artists, dancers, healers, and or any one who feels drawn toward nurturing others and being nurtured themselves.

Hours: 18 total class time and 16 CEU's for NCBTMB and T.H.A.I.

Prerequisite: None

Cost: $275.00  (Please Pre-Pay)

Required Materials: Yoga clothes, thick mat or blankets, note taking material

In this class you will learn beautifully choreographed bodywork sequences (also known as assisted Yoga), synthesizing rhythmic compressions, exotic stretching, ancient breathing arts, accupressure and meditation to produce profound rest and rejuvenation.  Participants will study a 3000 year old traditional Southeast Asian Folk Art which creates inspired tranquility and health. Workshop attendees will learn simple procedures to assist in rapidly elimininating dis-ease-both physical and emotional, valuable breathing techniques for personal focus, vitality, and effect, and how to balance and harmonize prana/shakti/chi to enchance immune system integrity.

 Scheduled is as follows: Friday June 23rd at 530pm-830 pm opening circle and intro to Vedic Thai-Yoga Bodywork, Saturday  June 24th   9 am- 10:30pm (9 am vinyasa yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation, 10:30-12 pm lunch, 12:30 pm-7 continue Vedic Thai-Yoga Bodywork sequence), Sunday  June 20 9am-5pm continue Thai Bodywork.

Qualifications and experience: I am well studied in the Vedic Philosophy and practices.  I have studied Nuad Borarn (Vedic Thai Yoga-Massage) under Micheal Buck "Mukti", who is founder (and Master teacher) of The Vedic Conservatory.  I was taught Yoga through the lineage of Siddha Yoga by Randy Martin. I have been practising the healing arts for over 12 years. My experience includes a degree in Health Science, working with over 7000+ clients, doing therapy along side with several chiropractors, teaching at local massage schools,  working in world class spas, and teaching various workshops at yoga studios. I am also certified through NSCA as a strength and conditioning coach and specialize in postural balancing.

Tuition is $275.00 (includes certificate of completion for 16 CEU's Thai-Yoga Bodywork, Level One Manual, Guided Meditation, Pranayama, and Vinyasa Yoga group classes)
